"Our Lodging"

Lodging

This setting is perfect for a vacation where you can rough it in comfort and leave the rest of the world behind. Our cabins are of log construction built in the true Montana style. Homemade furniture and quilts made right here on the ranch grace each one. The cabins have private baths, most with tub/shower combinations, and range from single- bedroom cabins up to three- or four- bedroom cabins to accommodate larger family groups. Most are heated with wood stoves.

The Lodge

The trophy room in the Lodge is adjacent to a bright, cheery dining room and contains a wide variety of big game species from the ranch area. The trophy room lends itself well to friendly gatherings after dinner for cards, games, and sing-a-longs in front of a crackling fire. The ranch buildings are of log construction built in true Montana style. Interiors are log or knotty pine cut from our own timber.

The Cabins

The cabins are furnished with forest furniture and handmade quilts made here at the ranch. All cabins have private baths, most with tub and shower. Some are single bedroom, others are double, and there are several three- or four- bedroom cabins to accommodate larger family groups. Our maximum guest capacity is 70, which usually divides itself into half adults and half children.

Meals

Meals are served in the Dining Room and are home-cooked, family style… very informal with no dressing up for dinner expected. Several outdoor meals are scheduled each week including a late afternoon ride to dinner. Tables are grouped to match children’s age brackets… teenagers with teenagers, and a “small fry” table with the Kiddie Wrangler and Babysitter. Adults are shifted with place markings for social variety. Dinner is served early to the children while Mom and Dad are relaxing and enjoying Happy Hour in the rustic lounge. We furnish only the ice and mixers (BYOB). You will enjoy the easy, informal atmosphere at the Nine Quarter Circle. The ranch is five miles off the main highway, snuggled in a beautiful valley where the only sounds at night are the cascading waters of the Taylor Fork and perhaps the howl of a coyote or wolf. Here are all the comforts of home with adventure, new experiences, and a completely new way of life and all the beauty of nature. Good healthy, restful relaxation, with unforgettable days and nights.

Flying Into The Ranch

Flying into this secluded valley is nothing short of spectacular and breathtaking. The ranch turf airstrip is 4,000 feet long with border markers, and will accommodate sizeable twin engine aircrafts. The ranch has 122.8 Unicom for two-way aircraft communication. The strip is on the Great Falls “sectional.”. If you are interested in more information, please contact us at: nineqtrcircle@mcn.net.
