RANCH RESERVATION CONFIRMATION PAGE Gratuities: A ten (10%) percent service charge will be added to the above rates to cover gratuities. The State of Montana imposes a seven percent (7%) Accommodations Tax which is assessed against the accommodations portion of your stay. Our Weight Limit for riding is 250 pounds. Pregnant Women will not be allowed to ride. You must be physically able to mount your horse unassisted. Group Or Family Rates - Please contact us for further details. A Reservation Deposit of $300.00 per person per week will secure your reservations. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will NOT be refunded. They will apply as a credit to a stay for the following year ONLY, providing notice of cancellation is received 60 days prior to dates of use. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without a carry over credit. Your reservations should start on Sunday as that is when our activities start for the week. There may be some mid-week arrival dates available up to July 18 or after August 22. Please check with us for availability. Stays of less than one week (three-night minimum) will have a nightly charge of 10% over the regular pro-rated daily charge. Pleaese call us for further information and rates on stays of less than one week. Transportation Facilities are available for pick up at airports or bus depots in Bozeman or West Yellowstone, MT for a nominal fee. Our Private Airstrip - Our 4000' long airstrip accommodates light twins. Write for our special airstrip pamphlet. Unicom radio 122.8. We have tie downs but no fuel or service. Rates Include Everything - meals, cabins, horses, swimming pool, wrangler guide service, riding instruction, fly-fishing guide, babysitting service, square dance, hay wagon ride, and all other ranch facilities and activities. Child supervision for children infant to five is provided during the morning and afternoon rides as well as during lunch and dinner. Due to a change in the Forest Service regulations and fees, we will be charging an additional $25.00 per person fee for the weekly two-day pack trip. It is best if reserved in advance of your stay for this activity. You will need to bring your sleeping bag and ground pad. There must be a minimum of six people and a maximum of twelve people for this activity; the minimum age is 13 years old, ten years old if accommpanied by a parent and qualified riding ablility. Longer custom pack trips are available by prior arrangement at a rate of $35.00 per day above the regular ranch rate per person. Trout Fishermen and Fisherwomen will find our fly-fishing guide helpful, friendly and available to assist you in your streamside pleasures... a ranch service at no extra charge. We can also refer you to excellent local guides for float fishing on the Madison, Gallatin or Yellowstone Rivers. References to excellent whitewater rafting companies in the Big Sky area and/or golfin are provided upon request. Commercial Air Service serving Bozeman, MT are Northwest, United, Frontier and Delta. Airlines serving West Yellowstone, MT is a commuter service operated by Delta. Air service to West Yellowstone is available only in the summer months, June to September. Travel Information - Passengers traveling from the East, West and South will find rates that are more competitive by flying into larger cities such as Denver or Salt Lake City, then transferring to Delta or another airline. A number of our guests fly into Salt Lake City, rent a vehicle, and then drive to the ranch. Salt Lake City is only six hours from the ranch. Cell Phone Service is NOT available at the ranch due to our mountainous location. Nearest cell phone reception is in Big Sky or West Yellowstone, MT. A guest phone is provided and long distance calls can be made with either a credit card or calling card. Wireless Internet access is now available at the ranch. We do NOT provide a computer or laptop but do have a router and wirelss service available in our main lodge area; allocated hours during the day for peak performance.
