Discounted Rates for June 14 to June 28, and August 9 to September 13, 2020
|Age||Occupancy||Early Summer Jun 14 – Jun 28||Peak Season Jun 28 – Aug 9||Late Summer Aug 9 – Sept 13||Period|
Check In/Check Out As departing guests and arrivals typically occur on the same day, we ask that guests check out by 10 am and that arrivals check in after 2 pm. This allows a little time for your cabin to be freshly made up! However, if either of these times does not work with your travel plans, please let us know and we are happy to try and work within your schedule.
Gratuities A ten (10%) percent service charge will be added to the above rates to cover gratuities.
Accommodations Tax The State of Montana imposes an Accommodations Tax which is assessed against the accommodations portion of your stay.
Group or Family Rates Family groups of 12 or more people are eligible for discounts. Corporate or non-family groups of 20 or more may also be eligible for discounts. Please contact us for further details.
Reservation Deposit A Reservation Deposit of $750.00 per person per week will secure your reservations. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will not be refunded. They will apply as a credit toward a stay for the following year only, providing notice of cancellation is received 60 days prior to dates of use. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without a carry-over credit. Your reservations should start on Sunday, as that is when our activities start for the week. There may be some mid-week arrival dates available up to June 28 or after August 9. Please check with us for availability. Stays of less than one week (three-night minimum) will have a nightly charge of 10% over the regular pro-rated daily charge. Please call us for further information and rates on stays of less than one week. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we suggest purchasing travel insurance through a company such as Travel Guard (https://Duderanch.org/TripTravel-Insurance).
Due to a change in the Forest Service regulations and fees, we will be charging an additional $25.00 per person fee for the weekly two-day pack trip. It is best to reserve this activity in advance of your stay. You will need to bring your sleeping bag and the ground pad. There must be a minimum of six people and a maximum of twelve people for this activity. The minimum age is 13 years old; however, children ten to thirteen years old may attend if accompanied by a parent and have a qualified riding ability. Longer custom pack trips are available by prior arrangement at a rate of $35.00 per day above the regular ranch rate per person.
Client Responsibilities All clients will be required to follow the ranch/stable guide and wranglers’ safety policies and procedures. All clients will be required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks, and Indemnity Agreement in favor of Nine Quarter Circle Ranch upon their arrival. The maximum weight limit for riders is 250 pounds and pregnant women will not be allowed to ride.
Payment Balance is due upon checkout. We accept cash, personal checks and traveler’s checks. Credit and debit card charges will incur a 3% transaction fee.
